5, 2005 - New Sign appearing along Tunnel Ridge Road. "FIREWOOD CUTTING PROHIBITED IN THIS AREA" The New USFS Website features more than just a fresh design. New Regulations have appeared which we are looking into such as the announcement of a FIREWOOD PERMIT and Regulations on CHAINSAW USE. We are not certain if these rules apply to the common camper or the advanced Wood Merchant. Given the amount of wood mentioned and the minimum amount to purchase a Permit it would at first seem to not apply to us. |
